Some settings are Pro-only 🔒 (Rate history, Holiday balance tools, Custom premium windows, LIEU/BH premium protection toggle).

You can make one pay rate change for free. After that, pay rate changes require Pro 🔒

Holiday rate rulesNEW

These settings control automatic holiday pay calculation when enough history exists.

Lookback weeks

Example: 12 means use the previous 12 full weeks before the holiday week.

Contract hours per week

Example: 40 hours/week gives a 12-week divisor of 480 hours.

Sick pay rulesNEW

Choose how many entered sick shift-days are unpaid before sick pay starts.

Sick waiting days

Counts consecutive entered sick shift-days only. Sick hours still show in totals even when waiting days are unpaid.

Enter your balance as at a date. The app will deduct any Holiday shifts after that date (and within the tax year).

Tip: For UK tax year use 06/04. Balance is most accurate if you start from the tax-year start date.

Premium windows

Choose which time windows count as Late / Night.

Protect premiums for LIEU / BH (Pro 🔒)

If enabled, Late/Night is calculated across the scheduled window when a shift has LIEU or BH set. If disabled, premiums only count when hours are physically worked.
